DANICA HULLOVÁ executive director, lecturer, consultant and professional guarantor
She is a founder and executive director of CVNO from 1998. Since 1993 she has worked as a lecturer and consultant in the area of Project Cycle Management and has coordinated CVNO projects.
Danka took part in a few international study stays and trainings in Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany) and in the USA.
During her carrier she has prepared and coordinated many projects financed from EU funds as well as from other financial resources (private endowment resources, development aid, etc.). She also participated in implementation of projects of other institutions as an expert. Danka also has long-term experience as project evaluator of projects for foundations and European programmes. Her rich lecturer and consultant experience is focused especially on the area of project management and creation – Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Methodology and Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
Danka participated as an author in preparation of study materials and various publications related to the topic of Project Cycle Management and issue of non-governmental organizations. She is co-author of publication “Project Management – Project Preparation by Use of Logical Framework Methodology” (CVNO, 2005).

TOMÁŠ FINDRA International project manager, lecturer, consultant
Since 2001 he has worked in CVNO on the position of international project manager, lecturer and consultant.
Tomáš completed Project Cycle Management training and Logical Framework Methodology training in renowned international institutions such as Management for Development Foundation (Netherlands) and PCM Group (Belgium).
Nowadays, Tomáš coordinates CVNO international activities including international projects where CVNO is a partnership or coordinating institution, as well as CVNO trainings implemented out of the territory of the Slovak republic. Tomáš is author and coordinator of a few international projects that are implemented or were implemented within CVNO. He works also as a project evaluator in the framework of European programmes.
Tomáš´s lecturer and consultant experience is related especially to the area of project management and creation - Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Methodology and Project Monitoring and Evaluation both in Slovakia and abroad. Tomáš works with clients from private, public, state and non-governmental sector and as for foreign countries, he works in the Balkan countries (Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania) and in Ukraine.
Tomáš is co-author of publication “Project Management – Project Preparation by Use of Logical Framework Methodology” (CVNO, 2005).

HELENA CHMELÍKOVÁ financial manager, consultant
Helena has worked in CVNO as a financial project manager since 1998. She has experience with both national and international projects. As a financial manager she is experienced not only in projects financed directly by the European Commission or Steering Bodies in Slovakia but also in projects financed through foundations.
Similarly, Helena works as an external expert in the area of financial management of projects of other institutions. She is author and co-author of study materials related to financial management and accounting of EU projects.

MIROSLAV HULLA
Miroslav is our expert in the field of IT and marketing and he also participates in CVNO activities as a lecturer. He has rich experience in the area of e-learning and he has administered the entire CVNO portfolio in e-learning form for a few years. Miroslav is an expert in use of MOODLE platform.
