Partners in European projects and partnerships acquire and further develop competences in the European projects they are involved in.  In this context the project VIP - Validation of Informal Learning in Grundtvig Projects and Partnerships seeks to assess and evidence the learning outcomes and competence development of team members working in European projects to improve the visibility of informal learning that takes place in collaborative European projects, networks and partnerships. The VIP project is implemented in a partnership of seven institutions from five european countries under heframework of the Lifelong Learning Programme.
