RETURNING TO THE LABOUR MARKET – EDUCATIONA AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR DISADVANTAGED UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE (2010-2011)

The main objective of this project is to increase capacity of people threatened by exclusion from the market to return back to work. The project offers blended system of training and gaining practical working experience. Training covers the following topics: Motivation, ICT – Basics of PC, Communication Skills. Apart from training each participant receives expert consulting regarding re-entering the labour market and experiences practical job experience at according to their particular interest.
The target group of this project are people older than 45 years, former employees made redundant after working for one employer for more than five years and are registered at the National Labour Office in the Regions of Banská Bystrica and Trenčín.
